How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $200.

Orders under $200 within the continental U.S. ship for a flat rate of $10.

$20 expedited shipping within the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ground shipping should arrive within a week.

Expedited shipping should arrive in 2-3 business days.

Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.

What courier providers do you use? 

Domestic ground shipping is USPS.

Domestic expedited shipping is UPS.

Can I use a P.O. Box for my delivery address?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

I used the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it? 

If you email us (hello@stade-sport.com) within 24 hours we might be able to update it.

Can I edit or modify my order after it's been placed?

Can multiple orders be combined?

Will sold out items be restocked?

To be notified of restock, please sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock. We use this information when considering restock orders.

I just placed an order; can I cancel it?

Can you hold a product for me?

Due to limited quantities we are unable to hold products.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less $5 restocking fee and shipping— no questions asked.

To process a return or exchange, please visit our returns page. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
  • tags must be attached
  • all returns are subject to garment inspection

When will I receive my reimbursement?

Once your item has been received, inspected and approved for return authorization we will issue your refund which should process in less than 15 days.

I received a defective product. What should I do?

Send us an email as soon as possible-- hello@stade-sport.com. Include your order number, name, date received, description of the defect and photos.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We pay for the cost of return shipping, you pay a $5 restocking fee.

How do I exchange an item?

Please return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
